Alex Reid
A very 21st century hero of the week, Alex Reid has a CV that includes the weird yet wonderful Gladiators; the inexplicable Hollyoaks; and of course the winner’s spot in the last ever series of Celebrity Big Brother. A noted mixed martial arts fighter too, we wonder if he will need even greater courage than he showed in the ring facing his new wife, the redoubtable Katie Price. We wish them luck. Whatever the long term progress and outcome of that relationship –doubtless to be documented in innumerable publications - Reid’s energy and personality has brought him fame and fortune, and that most sought after contemporary quality, celebrity.
