Overlooking a 18 hole golf course (18 tees), and just 2 miles from Woolacombe's glorious Blue Flag beach, this attractive semi-detached cottage fulfils many a dream! It lies in Willingcott Valley, a unique golfing and holiday resort covering over 100 tranquil acres with an outdoor heated pool, sauna (£4 per session), coarse fishing lakes, bar, restaurant and shop. Boat trips and sailings to Lundy Island depart from Ilfracombe (4 miles), which along with Barnstaple (16 miles) offers superb all weather and weekend attractions, including theatre, cinema, indoor pool and good sports facilities. The stunning coastal scenery is a pleasure to explore on foot, horse or bicycle (riding stables and cycle hire locally), and nearby Braunton Barrows has won UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve status for its wide array of rare flora and fauna. Inland, Braunton (6 miles) boasts good shops and restaurants and surfing gear for hire. Picturesque Exmoor villages, 'Once upon a Time', RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Arlington Court (N.T.) are just some of the local delights.
