Thatched, Grade II listed and newly renovated, Reed Cottage lies within 2 miles of superb sandy and surfing beaches (pictured) and ½ mile from pretty estuary walks and the Tarka Trail. Opening off a peaceful, cobbled courtyard with water feature and pond, shared with three other cottages it is just 200 yards from an excellent pub serving food. Nearby Braunton Burrows, designated an International Biosphere, is home to rare flowers, birds and some of the largest dunes in Britain. Braunton (1 mile) has good shops and restaurants.
