With its Edwardian manor house and situated on a sleepy Devon lane that meanders down to Mortehoe village, Twitchen House is an ideal haven for a leisurely holiday.
Set in acres of picturesque woodland, you can easily walk down to the beach through the beautiful countryside or you’ll find loads of fun facilities on Park for all ages like pools and sports, bars and playgrounds.

Approximately 1 mile from Woolacombe’s village; 6 miles from the nearest town, Ilfracombe.
Nearest Train Station: Barnstaple, 12 miles. Transfer needed from Exeter St David’s onto the Barnstaple train line.

Noteworthy information: Woolacombe is a rural area; although there are bus services they do not run in the evening. Having your own transport is recommended, however there are local taxi services available. There is a National Trust footpath down to Woolacombe’s village and the beach, this can be muddy after periods of rain and takes approximately 25 minutes; walking back takes a little bit longer as there is an uphill section.
