It's in a semi-rural location, situated 10 minutes drive from centre of Solihull Town Centre, 15 min drive from NEC and a 20 min drive from centre of Birmingham. Easy motorway access to M42, M40, M6. Also 5 min walk to rail link. 15 min drive to NEC and Birmingham International Rail Link and Birmingham Airport. People who may be coming to see relatives/friends or businesses in the Solihull, Birmingham or NEC areas, or may simply need short term accommodation due to relocation or delayed purchase of property, may wish to use Sycamore House on a very short term basis instead of using self-catering establishments or staying in a hotel. It has secure intercom access and allocated parking space for a family sized car. Additionally it offers free WiFi access. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. All linen and towels provided weekly for up to 4 people.There is an allocated parking space for one family sized car in parking space S2.Please note this accommodation cannot be booked for less than one 5 nights.
