The Airlie is a totally non smoking, 3 Star Bed & Breakfast, situated in the Newington area of Edinburgh. Personally run by proprietors Peter and Fiona Flynn a warm welcome is always assured.
Located on an excellent bus route we are only 1 mile from Princes Street. For those Guests with a car our large car park takes the worry out of where to park. We have a variety of bedrooms which include single, twin, double, small family, large family and triple. Most of the rooms have their own en-suite shower and toilet and all rooms have their own wash basin, television with freeview, tea/coffee making facilities, adjustable central heating and secondary glazing. We also have a payphone for Guests use. We also offer a Wireless hotspot free of charge so you can use your laptop while you are staying with us. Check in at the Airlie is from 11.30am until 8pm. A full cooked breakfast is included in the price and served between 8am and 9am daily. Check out on your last day with us is 10am. For eating out in the evening there is a wide choice of establishments within walking distance and most tastes are catered for.
