Bunny

The village of Bunny is situated in the picturesque South Nottinghamshire countryside, halfway between the towns of Nottingham and Loughborough. It is known that people have lived in the village for over 1000 years, with the name of the village itself dating back to Saxon times.

Today the visitor to Bunny will find much to marvel at in terms of impressive architecture, from the church dating back to the late 14th century, to the Almshouses designed by the villages' most famous resident, Sir Thomas Parkyns. The 17th Century pub, the Rancliffe Arms, is situated in the centre of the village and offers excellent food and a warm reception to all those who visit.
