Choi Kwang-Do is non-competitive form of self defence (working as a team - not against eachother). Techniques have been scientifically designed and have removed the lock out
movements found in some traditional martial arts.
Practical for real life, Choi Kwang-Do will also benefit you health.
Students can train regardless of age, physical limitations or disabilities.
