This delightful 2 bedroom cottage is in a central location in the heart of Watford between the town centre and 5 minutes walk form the Junction Station which is 18 minutes from London. The cottage is fully fitted with a designer kitchen which come fully equipped with oven/hob, integrated fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. And of course all cutlery crockery cooking utensils toaster etc. The dining/morning room has glass top table and matching chairs and glass shelf unit. and portable TV, also a radio/cd player. The lounge has leather furniture,black glass nest of tables, 32" flat screen cable tv, dvd and wifi are standard. Gas central heating. Our housekeeper comes once a week to serviced with fresh towels bed linen and cleaning. The garden comes with table and chairs and bbq. Residence parking (on street)vouchers are available. Non smoking. A large bathroom on the ground floor has a bath with shower and separate toilet.
