One of the most historic sites in Scotland, and the crowning place of Scottish Kings, now a cherished family home, Scone Palace is a place that cannot be missed. Magnificent contents and priceless collections, wooded grounds, unique Murray Star Maze, animals, gift shops, restaurants. Close to the M90/A9 main route, between Edinburgh and the Highlands.


Months Open: 1 April - 31 October. Gates open at 9.30am and last admission is 5.00pm. Grounds close at 5.45pm
1st November to 31st March We are offering our visitors FREE access to the grounds each Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 10.00 am to 4.00pm.
