Nestling at the heart of stunning countryside on the edge of Rudgwick village, which is situated right on the border of West Sussex and Surrey, Linacre Lodge is a country escape offering luxurious bedrooms and great breakfasts.

We have one large individually styled bedroom and one suite, each with their own bathroom. The ‘More’ suite can also be adapted to offer twin / family accommodation. Each room has far-reaching views over the beautiful local countryside and offers large, comfortable beds dressed in crisp white linen, and soft, thick bathrobes, towels and pampering goodies in the bathroom. Other in-room facilities include a digital TV/ radio and free WiFi access.

On arrival you can expect a cup of tea or coffee served with homemade cake or chocolate muffins and breakfast is served around our kitchen table. We offer a freshly cooked, locally sourced full English breakfast as well as some lighter options.

Cyclists and walkers have the Down’s Link, Sussex Border Path and the Baynards Park footpaths right on our doorstep. There are plenty of other attractions and activities to do close by. Dogs are welcome. Packed lunches and picnics can be prepared on request. Wet gear can be dried overnight and we have free, secure bicycle storage.
