Perched high above the Taw Valley and enjoying glorious views, yet only 1 mile from the village pub and shop, these two delightful adjoining cottages are havens of peace and tranquillity. Approached by a private lane, they are set near the owners' home, each with its own small fenced garden and with access to a paddock, field and play area. Hill Farm is a superb base for exploring this lovely region – cosy inns in pretty villages serve good food, real ales and cream teas, and north Devon's sandy beaches, coves, Exmoor and Dartmoor are all within 40 minutes' drive. Nearby, the Tarka Trail offers scenic walking and cycling. Fishing and golf locally. Barnstaple and South Molton are both 12 miles.
