A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at this beautiful Victorian guest house which is run by Jim and Jeanette Morgan. The house and its rooms have been restored to a very high standard. We are only 10 minutes walk from West St. Leonards station and within easy access of main roads to London; Dover and the west country. There is plenty of unrestricted parking around the guest house and we are situated opposite the start/finish line of the Hastings Half Marathon. The shops; cinemas; theatres; castle and pier of Hastings are only a few minutes drive away. There are many sights; events and activities to be enjoyed throughout the year in the local area as well as walking; swimming and much; much more.
