The kitchen has an oil-fired Aga, dishwasher, fridge, a farmhouse table, and a large sink under the south-facing window. There is a downstairs toilet, and a separate utility room with washing machine, tumbler dryer, freezer, microwave, oil fired boiler and large store cupboard.
