A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at this beautifully converted oast house in the heart of the Kent countryside Leavers Oast was built circa 1880 and originally used for drying and packing hops. It was converted into a home in 1960 and modernised to a very high standard by the present owners, Anne and Denis Turner in 1987. The lovely gardens that surround the Oast extend to one and a half acres and provide guests with a pleasant area to walk around or relax in.

All rooms are centrally heated, spacious and very comfortably furnished. They have TV and coffee/tea making facilities and comfortable sitting areas. The main double room, which has an en-suite bathroom, has a lovely view over one aspect of the garden. There are two further bedrooms in the roundels, one a twin bedded room, the other with a double bed. These again have their own sitting area. Both have pleasant outlooks over the main garden. The bathroom for the roundel rooms is shared and just a few steps away.

A feature of your stay at Leavers Oast is the English Breakfast which offers a wide choice and includes home made bread and preserves. This sets guests up for a day of exploring the many historic houses and gardens in Kent and Sussex.
