The Seven Stars Inn, dating from 1724, is a traditional English country Inn located on the edge of picturesque Shincliffe village, only one and a half miles from the centre of Durham city and Durham University.
A warm welcome is always guaranteed from your hosts, Ken and Noreen Harris and all our friendly staff.
Enjoy freshly prepared food in our traditional restaurant, or just relax with fine wines or a pint of real ale in front of the fire in our cosy lounge or bar.
Offering 8 en-suite bedrooms we are ideally placed for that short or long break visiting the wonderful cathedral city of Durham and experiencing the sights and sounds of North East England, a region that is steeped in culture and history.
We look forward to seeing you at the Seven Stars Inn.
