New owners welcome you to our small family-run Cotswold hotel set amidst beautiful countryside in the Avon Valley, just 10 minutes from the M4 as it passes through the South Cotswolds. It's the perfect spot to relax, unwind and explore...Tetbury, Malmesbury, Westonbirt Arboretum and the Cotswold Water Park are all on our doorstep.

We offer 28 en suite rooms including family rooms, disabled levels 1 & 2 and dog-friendly accommodation - all our rooms are delightfully furnished, duvets are a standard but blankets can be provided if preferred - everything we offer is designed to provide a retreat where you can relax and unwind.

Our AA Rosette restaurant serves beautifully cooked, locally sourced fare produced by our talented local chefs, led by the enthusiastic Head Chef Nick Batstone, who boasts some 10 years' experience here at the Mayfield. Our fine wine cellar is sourced from the multi-award-winning Great Western Wines of Bath and Thomas Panton of Tetbury and our bar serves great local real ale from the cask, 10 wines by the glass to try as well as a wide range of tipples to tempt.

Sunday lunches are a relaxed and traditional family occasions with fabulous local beef the highlight and Yorkshire puddings at their best - larger family groups can be pre-booked to dine together on large banqueting tables and a special Children's Menu can replace the 60% of adult size main menu alternative.

For special occasions we offer our Stoneroom Dining facility: for private dining parties to family special occasions and get-togethers, we are always happy to tailor a package to suit your occasion.

We are a perfect venue for small weddings and offer a "Whole Hotel Exclusive" package - we have a professional and dedicated team that's experienced in all aspects of wedding procedure.
