Beautiful south facing garden and sunny flower filled terrace for guests own use and enjoyment.Lovely and quiet but handy for Leamington,Warwick, Daventry, Southam & Banbury, NEC & NAC.We have some 40% repeat business.Good pub within 3 minutes walk of the house.
