Tradional Sussex Trugs have been made at The Truggery since 1899. Still using the same methods and tools, these popular garden baskets are handcrafted using locally sourced willow and sweet chestnut.
From the wide range of shapes and sizes you can find a trug for home, garden or farm. Use them to carry logs, vegetables, cuttings, tools, flowers. They are light, strong and can last a lifetime.
Visitors can see the trugmakers at work on weekdays. If you are unable to visit, trugs can be purchased by mail order.
