Luxury, private, self-contained, double bed and breakfast suite, set in a large secluded woodland garden. Set in the 'heart of Devon' countryside just outside the village of Yeoford, 4 miles from the Dartmoor National Park and 12 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter.

A lounge with kitchen and dining areas, Freeview 32" LCD TV, DVD player with library of DVDs, CD/radio with selection of CDs (or bring your own), free Wi-Fi, full size fridge, kettle. Tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk. Hall with stairs to bedroom, mahogany sleigh bed, pocket sprung mattress, with a spacious bathroom. Opening off the lounge area, is a secluded large raised deck with hardwood furniture and parasol (in season), overlooking 1.5 acre woodland garden for you to relax and unwind. Breakfast is served in the dining room of the main house, to be chosen from a comprehensive menu to include local sausages, bacon and eggs and our own freshly baked bread. Within walking distance of the village pub/restaurant and railway station (Tarka Line).
