The Rowcroft enjoys a peaceful situation, around 100 yards level walk to glorious beaches and overlooking a beautiful park, complete with boating lake. We are also very well positioned for the many attractions of both Paignton centre - just 7-8 mins walk - and Goodrington - right on our doorstep.
