The Pilates Workshop was founded in 2009 with the aim of making the benefits
of Body Control Pilates accessible to everyone throughout Herts, Beds and
Bucks.
We currently offer more than 50 weekly Matwork classes for all levels and
abilities, at over ten locations throughout the area. We have an
outstanding team of experienced Body Control Pilates teachers.
We also offer private tuition on Pilates machines ie. Reformer, Cadillac,
Chair, to enhance your matwork experience.
