Good Points: I left a CD behind in the room; I phoned up to enquire about it, and Richard, on the front desk, sorted it out and forwarded it to me, for which I am most grateful. Many thanks Richard - service over and above!
General review: Fine - perhaps you could have warned us that the bathroom was upstairs, but not a major problem.
