Bad Points: The only bad point was how hot the room got at night, it was quite unbearable at times.
My son also suffers from hayfever and was having difficulty breathing; we decided to put on the aircon/fan which was
incredibly loud.
General review: Apart from the above a very pleasant stay.

Good Points: very pleasant stay,only there for one night but would use again to visit daughter more who is at univercity.
Bad Points: some of the furniture in reception ie table was not in a nice state. and walls and doors going to room were a bit scruffy, on first impressions.
General review: we had a very nice stay and will book again oh and breakfast was great,waitresses work really hard.
