Bad Points: Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. It was located next to the Ladies' toilets where the door constantly slammed and the hand dryer was so loud we could hear it. Our toilet didn't flush and when we complained we were just told to 'pump it lots of times'. The music downstairs was so loud that the floor vibrated and it woke our baby up. The breakfast on the first day appeared to have been re-heated and gave us both food poisoning.
General review: The worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
