Waterside village on arrival you have to leave your car at a central car park outside reception. to carry every thing you take to your bungalow is a bind. There is some work being caried out to some of the villas & bungalows they are trying to sell most of the accomadation. The bugalow we had was N0 214 the in side is basic clean & tidy glass fronted lets you see out good views out to sea.this bungalow is about 20 feet from the cliff edge which is fenced. The village is 5 mins from Lowestoft the bus stop is out side for Gt Yarmouth as well. Small shop club onsite, over the road is agood pub next door chinese takeaway dog friedly .
