had to cancel a appoitment. couldnt get through to a receptionist as on friday they close at 2 and no one calls back. I have today been advised as i hadn't turned upto my last appointment i have to pay £30 fee aswell as the £30 for the appointment i need to have. How is this fair when noone ever picks up the phone and i can't speak to anyone there!!!!!
