Consultant was great but back office staff are extremely unhelpful. I called twice and they were not at all willing to help. Perhaps they should be reminded that the people they are dealing with may be in lots of pain and eager to get results so necessary treatment can be put in place It has put me of calling them and I have very little faith in whether my results will be dealt with in a timely fashion Perhaps some customer service training is in order along with a lesson in general politeness I work in a customer service based environment and would not dream of adopting an attitude such as the one I have been met with. A little patience goes a long way

I was referred to the headache clinic at this practice I was advised by my GP to chase up where my referral was in the process as my symptoms were worsening. After calling the practice on the number on this site I was greeted by a very rude receptionist who promptly told me I called the wrong number (purely enquiry based) and that they would write to me even without me explaining what my GP had advised. As a clerk on a very busy ward at the hospital even in the busiest and stressful moments I would not expose that to visitors/telephone callers and I do not expect to be greeted in this manner by staff who are supposed to show some sort of compassion especially with patients in chronic pain
