Best rates for a Local Hotel

We've been going regularly every couple of months for over 40 years and the consistent quality of the food is second to none. We go to lots of other restaurants as well and travel alot so we sample many different cuisines. We've had the same meal on each occasion! Boring? - not in the least! When we are at home and feeling extra hungry 0- we say to each other "What could you just eat?" - the answer si always "a Lantern steak"! Thank you Andreas, Nicky and the rest of your staff - you add something special to our lives.

Totally in a time warp but toally brilliant! The food is prepared and cooked to perfection and even served silver service. Excellent value for money (hope they don't put prices up! Even worth putting up with the chairs- very uncomfortable for shorties but my tall friends found them very comfortable

Outstanding Mediteranean style food with a Greek bias. Probably the best food in Hull which is totally consistent and never varies from one year to another. Unique method of cooking unmatched in the area - Highly Recommended.
