We found this little gem of a public house driving to London. Decided to stop off and have a bite to eat and a quick pint (wife driving!). Great to know that original establishments still exist in the global chain/franchise world of licensed establishments. Wonderful food, great banter with the staff on duty and a beautiful pint of real ale (I am an ex licensee). Would definitely make a point of actually stopping over in this beautiful part of England and returning to this great British pub.
