Absolutely excellent service from real professionals, and what a brilliant location, about 100m from Tower Hill tube station which made travel simple, and a stroll from The Tower of London and of course Tower Bridge, opening up the lovely walks along the South Bank. Experience in ‘characterful’ establishments in the past pushed us back to Novotel: perfectly clean modern room complete with i-pod connection for 12-year-old; very substantial breakfast in the price we paid; and the night we dined there the buffet was (rare thing for London!) great value for money at £20 for three courses - £10 for 12-year-old on whom they can’t have made much. We would use the place again without hesitation
