This club has been running for over 20 years, and has helped a great many people over the years to maintain a healthy body. As a non-competitive form of judo, it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and anyone is welcome to come along and join in, or just sit and watch. But as the first session is free, why not join in. The club is based in the Waterlooville community centre, and meets once a week at 10am Sunday morning.
