Atmospheric country pub with open log fire in the winter and large beer garden in the summer, serving wonderful homemade food from usual pub favourites to something originally different on our specials board, a good range of well kept cask ales always available. Sunday lunchtimes are extremely busy where the homecooked carvery is probably one of the most popular in the area featuring locally reared meats a large selection of fresh veg and proper gravy.

A large function is available for all types of functions, weddings, events, conferences and skittles where we can offer anything from a simple finger buffet to a fully laden banquet or even a hot carvery. Situated just off the A39 between Bridgwater and Street, pop in and see us - you will be made very welcome.
