Lower Grimpstonleigh, once an old stone farmstead, is now a unique and comfortable home, its walls smothered in roses and honeysuckle. Beyond the pretty courtyard garden lies the old orchard where we harvest apples for cider and juice plus a further 12 acres of meadows, woodland and streams.
The en-suite bedrooms are beautifully furnished with sofas, antiques and Laura Ashley linen. Breakfasts are hearty affairs with our free-range eggs, home-made preserves and the best of local produce.
Ideally situated for exploring the South Devon coastline with its spectacular scenery and unspoilt sandy beaches as well as Dartmoor, Salcombe and Dartmouth.
