The Highway Inn, is set in the middle of the bustling village of Burford, where the beautiful River Windrush passes through. We are 30 minutes from the Historic cities of Oxford and Cheltenham, as well as being centrally located to visit all of the Cotswolds. We are a true Cotswold Inn, where locals and visitors come to mingle. Plenty of character, creaky floorboards and beams throughout, however modern touches subtly fit in. Beautiful antiques and clutter from the past adorn all rooms. Bedrooms are individual in style but all are very cosy.

The Highway offers guests a choice of 9 bedrooms. The design, look and furnishings in each bedroom is unique, designed to make the whole experience more like staying in a friends country house, than in a hotel or pub. All the rooms have spotless bathrooms, ensuite or Private, with efficient plumbing and LCD Tv’s with Freeview for a range of television channels. Several of the larger rooms specifically accommodate cots provided. And as we are in the country, certain rooms can accommodate dogs.

Come to escape, do business, relax with friends or unwind. Feet up or eyes down, you set the pace. So, enjoy a glass of vino, Local ale, or simply chill with a cappuccino and your favorite newspaper. This is your home from home, so do exactly what you like……
