A lovely stone Grade II listed house of great charm, set in three acres of exotic sub tropical Italianate gardens with terraces of mimosa, eucalyptus and palm trees leading down to the sea. Wonderful in summer and ideal as a relaxing haven all year round.

Haulfryn House is superbly situated, tucked away in a quiet location, yet within 200 metres of Abersoch village shops and restaurants and just a two minute stroll through sand dunes to popular beach. The accommodation comprises "The House" and two adjoining self-contained apartments "The Patio" and "The Dovecote". All individual in design and with fantastic sea views over the dunes, Abersoch moorings, St Tudwals Islands and Cardigan Bay.

Abersoch is a mecca for water sports, and its sandy beaches and safe bathing make it ideal for families. The timeless villages, secluded beaches, spectacular coastal scenery and walks of the Lleyn peninsula are also on the doorstep.

The House accommodates 11-12 people sleeping in 6 bedrooms and retains many original features including decorative fireplaces, period plaster work, beamed ceilings and parquet wood flooring. The entrance hall leads into a large comfortable lounge affording fabulous views over the gardens and Cardigan Bay, with a door leading out onto the sun terrace and gardens. The lounge has original oak floor, a grand Minster Stone open fireplace and digital TV. A free wireless internet connection is also available.

All accommodation has central heating, central open fire places, digital TV, free wireless internet connection and fully equipped kitchens. There is a separate laundry room with washer and tumble dryer for the use of all guests at a small charge. Wood and coal for the open fires are supplied free of charge. Beds are made up prior to arrival and linen is provided (excluding towels). A travel cot is available upon request. On site off-road parking is provided free of charge.
