The house is in a commanding position with extensive views of the Pennines which can be seen eastward across the Eden Valley and westward we look towards The Lakeland Fells including Helvellyn and Ullswater is only 4 miles away.
There is off-road parking for two vehicles and there is secured storage for cycles. Both Penrith and Keswick can be reached by public transport from outside our gate or from Penruddock.
The accommodation is a double room with private facilities. The bathroom has both shower and bath. The rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with TV and a selection of films. Breakfast is a full Cumbrian breakfast. Cereals, fruit juices and preserves are available. Toast can be white or brown and there is a choice of coffee or tea.
