The situation of Dinmore Cottages is unique. Set as they are in the middle of green fields, the views in all directions reveal this idyllic part of Nidderdale with abundant wildlife all round, and only the sounds of curlews, pheasants and song-birds to be heard. This is the perfect base for walkers and bird watchers and a fine centre for those who want to explore the beautiful countryside of North Yorkshire and its many historic towns, houses, gardens and abbeys.

Visitors tell us that, within hours of arrival, all tensions ebb away, and indeed many return year after year to enjoy the rare qualities of peace and quiet at Dinmore. Dinmore is only 7 miles from Harrogate and 23 from York.

These Yorkshire stone cottages are skilfully converted from 17th century farm buildings, winning the Harrogate and District Design Award and are graded Four Stars by Visit Britain. They have been individually designed and comfortably furnished with fitted carpets and well-equipped kitchens, colour TVs and videos.

Each cottage has its own private grassed area or terrace. Ample parking within the courtyard. Children welcome. Sorry no pets.
