These apartments have traditional Edinburgh architecture (big spaces and high ceilings), with a doorstep bus stop and free on-street parking, 1 km from Princes Street. Between 6 and 8 people can easily stay in each Dalkeith Road apartment. Each has 3 bedrooms, a large lounge, bathroom and kitchen. There is central heating, double glazing, free Wi-Fi and a TV with multiple channels (Freeview). Most Edinburgh Festival and Fringe venues are within walking distance, especially Festival Theatre, Queens Hall, The Pleasance, and Edinburgh University. Many other Edinburgh attractions are also easily accessible.
Towels and bed linens are provided. Tea /coffee is also provided.

This is traditional Edinburgh tenement living, where the shared stairwell leads to the door of the apartment. You are provided with contact numbers for the apartments’ managers, in case you have any requirements. A daily maid service is available by separate negotiation.
