Welcome to Abertay Guest House The proprietors, Catherine & Karl Victor, look forward to giving you a warm welcome and an unforgettable stay in their new guest house. Abertay Guest House is situated close to Broughty Ferry's town centre, with its wealth of shops, restaurants and pubs. Broughty Ferry is a suburb of Dundee, sitting at the mouth of the River Tay, with stunning views towards Dundee and the two bridges. Dundee city is approximately 5 miles away, easily reached by bus. We have 5 rooms with ensuite and 1 with private facilities and wash basin in the room, there are 2 double, 2 twin/single, 1 family and 1 superior room. We offer a full breakfast menu (please ask for details) included in the room rate. Broughty Ferry is ideally situated for many of the best Golf courses in Scotland. It has a delightful collection of shops. restuarants, pubs and art galleries. We are situated only 2 min walk from the beach and 5 min from the town centre. We can also offer all office facilities for the business man including wireless internet connection, fax, phone, copyier, scanner, colour printer, shredder (some free and some with small charge). We accept most credit/debit cards.
