The 'Visit Dorchester' marketing team manage a number of apartments in the county town. We have stayed in each of the apartments we manage, and only those that meet our strict guidelines for cleanliness, location, and comfort are awarded the Visit Dorchester 'Welcome Award'. The Dorchester Apartment is a two bedroom self-catering apartment, '2008 Welcome Award' classified, close to the town centre of Dorchester, and sleeps up to 3 people. There is a double and single bedroom, kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. The kitchen contains microwave, electric cooker, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board, and kettle. The bathroom contains a bath with shower overhead. The lounge has 2 x two seater sofas, 20' colour television with freeview, table and chairs. A car is not necessary, as you are within a very short walk of the town centre and all its amenities. Street parking is limited ouside the property and is free overnight between 8pm and 8am spaces permitting. Alternatively, there is a public car park just 150 metres away which charges just £3.20 for 24 hours.
