The Lee Bay is a 56 bedroomed hotel with restaurant, bars, function spaces, parking and gardens, sitting in 5 acres overlooking the sea in a glorious secluded small rocky bay on the north Devon Coast, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and on the North Devon Coastal Path. 2 miles to Ilfracombe and Woolacombe, and 10 miles to Croyde and Saunton Sands. The area has a long history as a tourist destination and will be going through a period of new investment and revival.Owned and managed by the group that run the The Place Camber Sands, near Rye in Sussex (featured in the Michelin Guide, The Good Hotel Guide and The Good Food Guide) and The Bell Hotel in Sandwich (featured in the Michelin Guide and The Good Hotel guide) and The Ship Hotel in Chichester, West Sussex. The hotel has recently been purchased and will be subject to a programme of restoration and refurbishment in order to turn it into our 'place' in Devon
