Easy trips out the glen are ideal for exploring Loch Lomond, Inveraray, Dunoon, Tighnabruaich and the Isle of Bute. Boat and bike hire available nearby.The village hugs the shoreline at the north end of Loch Goil, a fjord type sea loch. A favourite pastime is sitting on the hotel patio enjoying a drink or meal and watching the boats on the loch or just the people coming and going in the village.
