I am a Sole Practitioner dealing mostly with Probate, Trusts, the preparation of Wills and residential conveyancing. I prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney and manage the affairs of Clients who are unable to do so themselves. I also administer a number of Trusts. I work on my own and when I am not here I employ a locum. Like all Solicitors I am regulated by the Law Society, and also have to attend a number of courses annually to keep up to date. I aim to give a personal service to my Clients and am happy to visit Clients in their homes, in hospital or Nursing Home, if this is what they prefer. I first qualified in Scotland, and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1991. I still have some knowledge of Scots law. I am a member of STEP. I can speak French
