The accommodation is a two bedroom maisonette adjoining the main house; approached from the rear of the property.It is ideally located in a peaceful; leafy conservation area in the beautiful town of Budleigh Salterton. It is eight miles from Exeter and five miles from Sidmouth. Chapter House is also only a short walk from the Jurassic Coastal Path. Budleigh Salterton beach is a lovely; clean pebble beach; perfect for children of all ages. Part of the beach is designated as dog-friendly. The town features a number of great places to eat and drink. There is free car parking for one car; and unrestricted off road parking. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road for people not wanting to travel by car. Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. Pets are allowed by arrangement. Children welcome. Check-In time: 16:00 and Check-Out time: 10:00.
