Housed in a lovely Kentish building on a private road, The Barn Pub and Grill is as characterful as it sounds. The barn-life theme spreads enticingly throughout the wood-beamed premises so that both the main bar and grill restaurant have original rustic tables and chairs surrounded by antiques and other 'country' nick knacks. A log fire welcomes you in winter, while the award-winning garden and terrace tempt in summer. The menu is an evolving one but is primarily based on superb grills, including great steaks - cut from prime mature British beef – and Mediterranean specialities including fresh pasta, proper Italian pizza with terrific toppings and superb homemade American style steak burgers
