Apparently cooking is the new rock and roll and chefs are the new rock stars. No one embodies this more than TV cookery superstar, Jean-Christophe Novelli, whose ability to make women swoon at the flick of his whisk is somewhat akin to Elvis's swiveling hips. That aside, he also happens to run one of the best rated cookery schools in the world, The Novelli Academy.
