Sauce wine bar and bistro is situated in the centre of Hebden bridge specialising in quality casual dining. The menu uses fresh produce from local suppliers to produce new and traditional dishes all with a modern approach. Under the ownership of the Pennine wine and cheese company the bistro has been recently refurbished and a good selection of wines are sold both by the glass and the bottle. Watch out for special events such as wine evenings, Guinea pig nights and the monthly pudding club. Sauce is open to dinners and drinkers alike and offers a range of international beers and cocktails and is non smoking throughout.
