The Look-Out is a comfortable, spacious apartment on the third floor of a converted Napoleonic fort, near Millbrook, in Cornwall’s forgotten corner, enjoying fabulous coastal views from the living area and balcony at all times of the year. Due to the proximity of the Naval Dockyard there is always something going on in the bay, and The Look-Out is the perfect place to get away from it all and unwind in this unspoilt part of Cornwall.
The fort is approached along a mile of narrow country lane and has its own gate leading into Mount Edgecumbe Country park, thus providing plenty of scope for walks. The South West coastal path passes close by, putting the twin villages of Kingsand & Cawsand within easy reach and, a little further on, Penlee Point, Rame Head and Whitsand Bay.
