Our Hotel is a lovely Edwardian building which has retained its character, while offering all the

modern comforts you need, including full central heating for out of season stays!

We are ideally located in a quiet residential road just 200 metres from Southbourne Clifftop and the Cliff lift or path down to the beautiful award-winning sandy beach and promenade. The Hotel is midway between Bournemouth, with all its amenities, and lovely Christchurch, an ancient market town with a beautiful 13th century Priory and harbour. Hengistbury Head is just a few minutes away and the lovely countryside of the New Forest or the Purbecks is within easy reach.

We take great pride in our Hotel and in our standards of service and quality. All our bedrooms are en-suite and furnished and decorated to a high standard, with all the facilities you would expect - colour TV, drink-making facilities, hairdryers etc.

We serve delicious home cooked meals including a Full English Breakfast to set you up for the day and, if required, a 3 course dinner with coffee can be selected from our menu at a cost of just £11.50 per person.

There is a comfortable guest lounge with books, magazines and games, and a separate, well-stocked Licensed bar.

The Hotel has a beach hut at Southbourne beach which is available for guests to hire for £10 per day. We can provide cots and high chairs for families with young children. Outside there is a pretty veranda and parking for all our guests.
